Property Cashback - How it Works!

The way property cashback works is very simple.  When you buy any property through us in Cyprus, North Cyprus, Portugal, Spain or Turkey, we will refund a percentage of the purchase price (Minimum 2%, often more!) 30 days from receipt of your first stage payment*. This same timescale will also apply to any other special cashback offers that we might be making.

For other countries, such as the USA, you are still eligible for the cashback, but the timescale may vary due to statutory restrictions or different developer practices. Please call us so we can confirm the details for your chosen property.

No sliding scale!

There is no sliding scale for calculating cashback - it's the stated percentage regardless of value, whether the property is £35,000 or £1 million, you will still receive the same percentage of the sale price as a cashback.

Cashback is a promotional incentive not a discount!

Cashback is not a discount on the sale price, but is a reward from us for purchasing through us.

The Cashback will be in addition to any deal reached with the developer on the purchase.  Buying through property cashback means that you will receive the best deal available - the best property price, and the best agency deal.

The cashback offer is not limited just to the properties shown on this site: we handle property sales for virtually all major developers, so if you have seen any property you particularly want, anywhere, from any developer, please give us a call and we should be able to arrange the sale with cashback.

CASHBACK Paid on receipt of the first stage payment!

The cashback will be paid by transfer to your account 30 days from receiving your first stage payment, which means that you'll be able to use it for anything you wish - travel, furnishings, white goods, anything you like.

Cashback does not affect your mortgage!

If you are arranging a mortgage for your purchase, the mortgage will be based on the gross value, not the value after the cashback.  For example, if you are purchasing a property with a value of £100,000, with a cashback of £2,000, the mortgage will relate to the full value of £100,000, not £98,000.

And cashback on your overseas mortgage, UK loan, or UK Re-Mortgage too!

Depending upon the location of your new property we can offer cashback on selected overseas mortgages, and we also offer cashback on UK secured loans as well.

Cashback is also available on all schemes of UK re-mortgages, working closely with an FSA regulated company. Call us for more details.
